At The Addison Grove, a 26-acre Hill Country wedding venue less than 20 minutes from downtown Austin, our optional all-inclusive wedding packages bring your venue, planning, catering, bar, florals, rentals and entertainment together with one trusted team, and save couples an estimated $4,185 to $6,860 along the way.
What Is an All-Inclusive Wedding Package?
An all-inclusive wedding package pairs your venue with a set team of trusted wedding vendors. Instead of researching, interviewing and comparing every vendor on your own, you start with partners who know the property, work together often, and offer exclusive discounts to our couples.
You still sign with each vendor and make your own menu, design and music choices. The difference is that the research is done, the pricing is clear, and our planning team keeps everyone on the same timeline.
What's Included in Our All-Inclusive Wedding Packages
Venue Rental at The Addison Grove
Enjoy exclusive use of our 26-acre property for a full 14-hour day (10 AM to midnight), with seating for up to 300 guests. Your rental includes a 6,000 sq ft climate-controlled reception hall that opens onto a 1,800 sq ft covered patio, two getting-ready spaces (the Bluebonnet preparation house and the Longhorn preparation suite), and a rain backup plan. All-inclusive couples receive $500 off the venue rental fee.
Our in-house planning team, HH Planning & Design, provides the Event Management package at a discounted rate of $3,250. Your lead planner meets with you 12 months out, builds your custom layouts and wedding-day timeline, leads your final walkthrough, sends final details to your vendors, runs your ceremony rehearsal, and is on-site with a day-of assistant on your wedding day.

Native Bloom Floral & Design offers curated floral packages sized to your guest count, with delivery and breakdown fees waived, a $500 savings. Add-ons range from ceremony arches to hanging installations.
In-House Beverage Service
Our in-house beverage team provides TABC-certified bartenders and packages ranging from beer and wine to a premium full bar. All-inclusive couples also receive a complimentary one-hour sparkling toast for up to 150 guests.
Catering by PEJ Events
PEJ Events, a full-service Austin caterer, offers buffet, family-style and plated menus. All-inclusive couples receive 12% off catering plus a complimentary appetizer course.
Event Rentals by Bright
Linens, china, flatware and glassware from Bright Event Rentals, at 12% off.
DJ and Entertainment
Choose between two DJ partners, both offering exclusive pricing for all-inclusive couples, or book a live band instead:
Premier Entertainment, "The Addison Grove Package" ($1,950, a $1,000 savings off its regular rate): up to 6 hours of entertainment, ceremony and reception sound with wireless mics, dance floor light tubes, three planning meetings and a music selection app. Upgrades include cold sparks, a CO2 cannon and monogram projection.
Byrne Rock Mobile DJ Service, Ceremony and Reception Package ($1,575, our most budget-friendly DJ option): 5 hours of performance time, a PA system for the main hall, an outdoor speaker setup for your ceremony or cocktail hour, dance floor lighting and wireless mics.
Venue Enhancements
Save 10% on select in-house enhancements like draping, dance floors, lounge sets, bistro lights and our photo studio.

How much does an all-inclusive wedding cost in Austin?
Your total depends on your guest count, date, and the menu, bar and floral options you choose.
As an example, an off-peak Friday wedding at The Addison Grove with venue, planning, catering, rentals, Native Bloom florals, DJ and bar comes to about $27,600 for 75 guests, $31,400 for 100 guests, or $35,200 for 125 guests (bar tax and gratuity not included). All-inclusive couples also save up to $6,860 through partner discounts.
Can we personalize an all-inclusive wedding?
Yes. You choose your catering menu, bar package, DJ (or a live band) and floral design, and Native Bloom welcomes your inspiration photos at your first design session. Our planning team builds your layout and timeline around your priorities.
What days is the all-inclusive package available?
Our all-inclusive package is available any day of the week, depending on venue availability.
Can we swap out or remove a vendor?
The all-inclusive package uses our full partner team, so vendors can't be substituted or removed.
The one exception: you can book a live band instead of the included DJ. You're welcome to add vendors that aren't part of the package, like your photographer, stationer or a live painter.
When do we need to choose the all-inclusive package?
Let us know when you sign your venue contract. The all-inclusive package can't be added after booking.
How many guests can The Addison Grove accommodate?
The Addison Grove hosts seated ceremonies and receptions for up to 300 guests.
Does the all-inclusive package include a wedding planner?
Yes. Every all-inclusive package includes our Event Management planning package.
You'll receive a planning guidebook when you book and meet your lead planner 12 months before your wedding.
