At The Addison Grove, our wedding venue sits on a small portion of our 26-acre property, while the surrounding acreage continues to support active agricultural management and pollinator habitat.

Managed honey bee colonies located on the property help support pollination of native plants and surrounding agricultural landscapes while contributing to the ecological health of the property.


Our beekeeping activities are professionally managed to promote healthy colonies while respecting both the agricultural operation and guest experience.

Texas Longhorn Conservation

The property supports rotational grazing through Texas Longhorn cattle as part of its ongoing agricultural management.


Longhorns are an iconic part of Texas ranching history and play an important role in maintaining healthy pasture ecosystems through managed grazing practices.


Our longhorns are often one of the first things guests notice as they arrive, offering a glimpse of the property's rich agricultural heritage while remaining within their dedicated pasture. Livestock are carefully managed in designated agricultural areas that are separate from the venue grounds.

  • Is The Addison Grove a working farm?

    Yes. The property includes active agricultural management focused on pollinator habitat, managed honey bee colonies, livestock grazing, and conservation practices.


  • Can guests visit the agricultural areas?

    Guests are welcome to enjoy views of our Texas Longhorns and the surrounding agricultural landscape from designated areas of the venue. 


    For the safety of both our guests and our livestock, the pastures, bee apiaries, and other active agricultural areas are not accessible to guests. Wedding activities remain centered within the designated venue grounds.
