Rental Information

Rental of The Addison Grove Includes: 

• Complete use of the venue and the beautifully landscaped 26 acres for the entire day
• Bridal preparation suite
• Groom's preparation suite
• Complimentary bottles of Sparkling served in the bridal suite
• Complimentary bucket of beers in the groom suite
• An on-site ceremony rehearsal
• Separate ceremony and reception spaces
• Beautiful indoor ceremony rain backup plan
• Catering or Food Prep Kitchen
• 200 ceremony and 200 reception chairs, twenty 60” round tables, four farm tables,
  fifteen 30” high-top cocktail tables, six 6’ rectangular tables and two 8' white bar fronts and setups
• Access to rentals from preferred outside vendors
• Access to Addison Grove logos and artwork for use in wedding printed materials
• Use of the climate controlled venue covering over 6,000 sq ft inside opening onto a 1,800 sq ft covered outdoor porch space

Helpful Information

• The Addison Grove can accommodate seated ceremonies and receptions for up to 300 guests
• Renters of The Addison Grove may use the venue from 10:00 Am-12:00 am (14 hours)
• The Addison Grove has a list of preferred vendors, however, almost all vendors are welcome, so please discuss your specific vendors with a member of The Addison Grove team
• There is ample onsite parking available for events and can accommodate shuttles and busses
• The Addison Grove is located a convenient 15 minute drive from downtown Austin
